Question # 3:

1. Describe or define VO.

is a term for shared office services, which normally includes business address, mail & courier services, phone services, fax services, answering services, web-hosting services, and meeting & conference facilities.

2. Distinguish VO from MIS.

Certain providers of virtual office services will provide other in-house or outsourced services such as corporate secretarial services, accounting services, or legal services. Professional firms such as law firms and accounting firms often provide registered address services as part of their service offerings as to MIS, the development and management of information technology tools assists executives and the general workforce in performing any tasks related to the processing of information. MIS and business systems are especially useful in the collation of business data and the production of reports to be used as tools for decision making.

3. Illustrate (give examples) how VO can improve company's competitive advantage and organizational performance.Cite your reference.
if every piece of information in your company were right at your fingertips, just think what you could accomplish. but partial information is only partially valuable: unwiedy documents such as faxws, e-mails, oversizes drawings and correspondence sometimes elude paper-based or less sophisticated electronic archiving systems. so with virtual office, you will have the means to store everything from spreadsheets, letters, emails and invoices and purchase orders and contracts to E- size drawings.
